Dylan brings 17 years in construction and hands-on development experience to every property Watts Equities touches. A Red Seal-certified carpenter with dual Gold Seal certification from the Canadian Construction Association as a Superintendent, he spent 7 years running job sites as a superintendent — from laying flooring himself to managing project schedules, budgets, and contracts on complex builds. That ground-up perspective, from the trades to the top of the org chart, is what separates Watts Equities from investors who only look at deals on paper.
